This guy's problem was that he was just a delinquent wich had a auto park and that was not going well and he had the idea to put another tax for second hand cars (50% from the price)

He has a doctor in economics (:))) The bribe some say was somewhere around 500 millions$

Investigated for gun dealing (trafficant) .

Both the president in his brother are hevy drinkers,just a remark to make the picture clear.
